The Clinical Governance Committee (CGC) exists to support the Executive Management in developing and implementing a framework for Clinical Governance within Oceania Hospitals that supports the clinical team, practitioners and their teams to achieve and demonstrate quality improvement of care within the OHPL community. It supplements the system by which the managers, clinicians and staff share responsibility and accountability for the quality of care, continuously improving, minimizing risks, and fostering an environment of excellence in care for patients and consumers.
The Committee comprises of the Executive Management Team, In-House Specialists, GP’s, and Independent Practitioners.
