We are seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition and Management Associate to join our Human Resources team. The role will support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives across the organization, ensuring we attract and retain high-quality clinical and non-clinical staff.

VAC. 06/2026 TALENT ACQUISITION AND MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Support the recruitment of critical-need and specialized healthcare roles.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and prepare job descriptions.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and credential verification.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.

The successful applicant preferably should have the following:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in healthcare environment.
  • Experience recruiting clinical or specialized healthcare roles is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong teamwork and cultural awareness.

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with qualifications and experience.
