When you enter into the hospital to see a doctor, you are required to visit the Nursing Triage center where a nurse will call you to be triaged i.e. take your vitals (temperature, weight, pressure etc.).
The findings are noted in a Hospital Triage sheet, and given to you after to hand over to the Front desk, where our Customer service officers will assist with your registration and enquires.
You are required to provide your details (name and date of birth, insurance card etc), in order for your folder to be retrieved for existing patients. If you are visiting us for the first time, you will be required to complete a registration form and provide a valid photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Voter Card etc.), so that a folder and a Medical Record Number (MRN) can be assigned to you. Please note we do not provide appointment times to see a General Practitioner.
You can then proceed to the Medical Center If you have a preference for a GP you may find yourself waiting longer than usual. He /She will only attend to you after those in line before you have been served.
If admission is required, the GP will organize the imaging diagnosis and laboratory tests you may require to confirm the need to be admitted. The GP will then make arrangements with the appropriate specialist who will care for you once you are in the ward.
Please note that all services bills are to be paid in full after consultations. Should there be a need for further examinations, treatments, or any other diagnostic services rendered to you then upfront payment will be required.
