For Specialist appointments, online requests are processed within 3 business days of submission. We aim to accommodate patients as soon as possible, including same day appointments during weekdays where available.
Although Oceania Hospitals provides healthcare services 24/7, specialist appointment requests require coordination with individual consultants and clinic schedules.
Online requests received during weekends and public holidays will be processed within 3 business days from the next business day, subject to specialist availability.
