ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. VAC. 32/2025 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER
Reporting to the Manager Finance, your primary responsibilities are to:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and prepare banking summary on a daily basis
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Prepare, verify, and process customer refunds and coding payment documents
- Carry out internal audit checks and processes on revenues of OHPL’s daily activities.
- Prepare independent check reports for Accountant and Finance Manager.
- Create healthy business relationship with external parties
- Direct calls and respond to inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone, email or mail.
- In charge of all local and overseas debtors for individual customers
- Follow on inpatient debtors – FNPF, third parties, overseas Insurance companies
The successful applicant preferably should have the following:
- A Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institute
- 2–4 years relevant experience in a large office accounts department, with general accounting duties
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Tax legislation Act
- Has ability to interact well with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Flexible with working hours, able to do shift work.
- Good communication, both oral and written.
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with qualifications and experience.
