We invite applications from dynamic, suitably qualified, and experienced individuals for the role of Business Transformation Officer. This role supports the implementation and coordination of business transformation [Digital] initiatives across the Hospital. The Business Transformation Officer works closely with the Head of Governance Risk and Audit to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, assist with change implementation, and ensure project objectives are met.

Reporting to the Head of Governance, Risk and Audit, your primary responsibilities are to:
- Assist in analysing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and insights for transformation projects.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Prepare project documentation, including timelines, risks, and progress updates.
- Work with teams to ensure seamless change management and staff adaptation.
- Monitor the implementation of new initiatives and provide feedback for adjustments.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on new business practices and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of transformation projects, including progress reports and recommendations.
- Assist in the creation and management of internal documentation, including guides and manuals.
- Maintain professional relationships with external vendors and internal departments.
The successful applicant preferably should have the following:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Basic understanding of project management and change processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in working in the technology, healthcare, or financial services industries.
- Proven project management skills and technological savvy
- Hands on experience in Change Management, Security and Compliance
- Good Communication and Analytical Skills
