We are seeking skilled individuals with accounting background to join as Revenue Accounting Officer in our Revenue Management Team. The role will maintain, administer, and monitor the accounting and financial processes and control in the hospital to ensure that finances are maintained, and reports are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

VAC. 16/2025 REVENUE ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Reporting to the Manager Revenue Management, your primary responsibilities are to:

  •  Create invoices for all patients (cash, Insurance, Companies, Corporate)
  •  Ensure that each patient receives their invoices copy (ERP) with their annexures.
  •  Request for credit notes/fee reversals/adjustments.
  •  Accounting for and processing charge sheets daily
  •  Follow up with debtors that may be patients, approved credit customers.
  •  Attend to account related queries for customers/patients.
  •  Review charge sheets to ensure necessary fees & charges are charged out to respective customers.
  •  Raise estimate/quotations for procedures as requested.

The successful applicant preferably should have the following:

  •  Diploma in accounting related field from a recognized institution or
  •  Those with hospitality qualification with some accounting experience would be an advantage.
  •  Minimum 2-3 years relevant and proven work experience in a similar role
  •  Creating and accounting for invoices with attention to detail and accuracy
  •  Ability to handle account related queries for customers/patients.
  •  Customer/Diplomatic Focus
  •  Excellent communication skills (Oral and written).
  •  Proficiency in General/Desktop Microsoft Applications
  •  Has ability to interact well with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
  •  Flexible with working hours, able to do shift work.
