VAC 38/2026 GRADUATE TRAINEE – FINANCE (X2)
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities are to:
➢ Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, journals, and payments.
➢ Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll and general ledger maintenance.
➢ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with organisational policies.
➢ Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
➢ Assist with preparation of reports and spreadsheets using Excel or accounting software
➢ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
➢ Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
The successful applicant preferably should have the following:
➢ A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
➢ Final Year Student or recent graduate (within the last two years) with little or no professional work experience.
➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
➢ Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
➢ Good organizational and time-management skills
➢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
➢ Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate commensurate with qualifications and experience.
