People, Culture and Learning Attaché

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Learning (PCL) Department for a six-month professional attachment.
This attachment provides exposure to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, HR administration, and organizational culture initiatives.
We are seeking a candidate who is currently completing their final program of study, or is a recent graduate, and is looking to gain practical workplace exposure in People & Culture and Learning & Development.

About the Opportunity
The PCL Attaché will work closely with the PCL Team and gain practical exposure to a range of people, culture and learning activities within a professional healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will support the PCL Team with general departmental activities, administration, coordination, documentation and other learning opportunities as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For
The successful applicant should preferably have:
• Final-year studies or be a recent graduate.
• A qualification or studies in HR, Business, Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• An interest in People & Culture and Learning & Development.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
This is a learning and professional attachment opportunity. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of Manager PCL, with duties and learning opportunities aligned to their level of study, capability, and development objectives.
