The holiday season gives us all a time to reflect on the past year. I am personally thankful to have had the opportunity, as the Executive Director of Oceania Hospitals, to be part of an organization that works to improve the health of the members of our community.
Our Hospital exists to provide the safest, highest quality health care and the best experience possible to our patients. This is what we strive for everyday and I sincerely hope that we have accomplished this in 2019.
This year has been transitional and we have exited all previous names to become Oceania Hospitals. We have engaged with all teams in the Hospital to work towards a strategic plan for the next 3-5 years. I commend all of our Team members for their contribution in the planning session.
We also acknowledge our personnel, in the nursing and clinical, area from India that are with us to complement our services and also train and develop our people. No doubt the core strength of our Hospital are our people and our Independent Practitioners.
Looking ahead, our Hospital is poised to continue to improve our service offerings and maintain our high quality service, safety and positive experience towards our customers and generally all our stakeholders. In order to sustain this commitment to you, we will continue to be innovative that will help us ensure our care will continue to improve, well into the future. We are excited about the future with our new addition of our in-house Pharmacy at our Hospital. The future of Oceania Hospitals remains positive and will surely impact all our patients and the communities we serve in for almost 20 years well.
